How much do you agree with this issue? I think that it is fairly true. My reasons? Well, I have my reasons..Let's discuss it. It's only based on personal opinions though..
Let us go back to history. In the first place, God created woman because of man. Because of Adam, Eve was created. He saw that Adam was lonely, and he needed a companion. That is why, God made Eve out of Adam, to keep him company, to be his helper.
Secondly, if it weren't for the women, who would give birth to men? I don't care if the gender is produced by the male from their sperms, but if it weren't the women to conceive them, are there even male babies? I mean, guys! Go and get your own baby without having a woman to conceive it! Go and try and see if you can get a kid like that. Never! That's why, I totally don't get the older eras, where baby girls are hated and baby boys are soooo precious. Some tribes even kill their baby girls because they think that baby girls are a shame to the family. I mean like, WHAT? Seriously, if it weren't for us women, there will be no more males. Need I say more?
Not only that, women can just live fine without males in their life. Single mothers, spinsters, widows, they can all live without a male. They can take care of themselves, their own wellbeing, whatever, all by themselves. Some single mothers even bring up their kids alone after their husbands left them. They work their heads off to bring up the kids, see to their growth and wellbeing, act the roles of BOTH father and mother and can still be so strong. Do they need men? No.
Have you heard of the saying: "Behind every successful man is a woman"? Because I totally believe in that saying. Men are very vulnerable in taking hasty decisions that they might later regret in lives, or decisions that might bring huge consequences. It is the women who needs to always guide and make sure that they do not make silly decisions. It is the women who gives the emotional support.
You know how they always say that women are the weaker vessels? It is true to some point, but who are the ones who always make us so emotional? Who are the ones who always hurt us emotionally and physically? Who are the ones we were made to complement? The answer is MEN. But do you not know that women are actually the ones who are stronger emotionally? Because we cry easily and we always spill our problems out, we tend to manage our emotions and stress better. On the other hand, men tend to bottle up their feelings more. They don't let it go and cry whatsoever or else they'll be seen as gay or no more macho. That is also why it is the males who make up the higher percentage of suicides, because they can't control their emotions like women do.
Women tend to always get the blame for the males. How? For example, when a husband cheats on his wife, his wife is blamed for not being able to keep his heart, she's not attractive enough anymore, she didn't give in to the husband's needs, she is too busy and all those selfish reasons men come up with to shift the guilt away from him. I mean, why was she not pretty anymore? She was the one who did all those dirty job cleaning after you and your kid, those sleepness nights feeding the baby as you sleep away like a pig. And you blame her for not dressing up pretty anymore?
It is the women who would sacrifice the most. How often do you have a working wife and a house-husband? How often do you see an able-bodied man marry and look after a disabled woman all his life? How often do you see a man willing to wait for a woman all his life and sacrifice his love? How often? Mostly, it is the woman who would sacrifice looking after money and stay at home and look after the needs of the house. It is the woman who would marry a disabled man, take care of him all her life although it's very challenging.
Because of men, because of the original purpose of mankind, to fill the earth and subdue it, because mankind sinned, women had to go through birth pangs, all those pain in child bearing and all sorts. Why we menstruate, why we have PMS. The pain we have to go through for a week every month. Why do only women have that? And guys think that it's so easy. Whenever we get so moody when we are in pain, guys think that it's only an excuse women give. Come, lemme transfer my pain to you for a week every month and see how much you enjoy it. You think it's fun? It hurts so bad you don't feel like living.
Why do women even bother to dress prettily and put on make up? One of the reason is to be pleasing in the eyes of men. Of course, we want to look and feel good ourselves but it is all because of men. We can still live without men though. But we were just fulfilling the initial purpose. To complement men.
Who said that women cannot be successful? Umpteen years ago, Hatsheput was the first woman to rule over Egypt and did she contribute so much to her country! There are lady presidents, prime ministers and so forth. Many other women who inspire others. Women athletes, businesswomen, women politicians and so forth!
All in all, it's a whole different era now. And women can no longer be deemed useless and always work under a man's feet. No, that's gender prejudice. Therefore, I do say that women can live without men just fine.
